Bukaar Ibne Raqaami narrates that I performed forty Hajj. In the last Hajj, I exhausted my provisions and wealth. I went to Mecca and decided to go to Medina for Ziyarat of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) and to meet Abul Hasan Imam Moosa Kazim (a.s.). I thought of taking up some work in Medina and earn so that I can return to my home in Kufa.
I reached Medina and was honoured to do Ziyarat of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.). Then I went to a place where workers gathered for work. I saw a person coming to that place and he chose some workers and took them along with him. I followed him and told him that I was a traveller and have exhausted my wealth. He took me along with him and gave me a work in a newly built house. I worked there for some day. One day I saw Imam Kazim (a.s.) came to take stock of the house. When he saw me he asked me that you have come to Medina. I narrated to him the incident. Then the day arrived which was the day of payment of wages. The person who had hired me called out names of each and every worker and gave them their wages and told me to wait. When he had paid every one he gave me a bag containing ten dinar and said that Imam (a.s.) has asked that you should leave for Kufa tomorrow.
After the person left, a messenger of Imam (a.s.) came and said that Imam (a.s.) has asked to meet him before he left. I went in presence of Imam (a.s.). Imam (a.s.) asked me leave immediately so that I can reach the place called 'Kabad' from where I will get a caravan for Kufa. He also gave a letter to me to be delivered to Ali Ibne Hamza in Kufa
When I reached Kabad, there was a caravan which was leaving for Kufa the next day. I bought a camel and joined the caravan for Kufa. I reached Kufa in evening. I decided to go home and rest and hand over the letter the next morning to Ai Ibne Hamza. When I reached home, I was told that my shop was looted by thieves. Next morning I went to my shop and was taking stock of the things when Ali Ibne Hamza came to my shop and asked for the letter. I told him that I had arrived last evening. He said he knows about it. When I gave the letter to him, he kissed it and cried. When he read the letter, it was written that Bukaar's shop has been looted, you compensate his losses. He asked me about the theft, I replied him in positive, he gave me a bag containing forty dinar. When I calculated the losses, it summed up to to forty dinar.
