Miracles of Masoomeen


Ali Ibne Yaqteen narrates that once Haroon Rasheed gave him a royal black dress woven with golden strings. He sent that dress with other gifts to Imam Moosa Kazim (a.s.). 

Imam (a.s.) accepted the other gifts and returned the  lack dress with an advice to preserve the  the dress as it will be useful to me. 

One of my slave who was aware of my love towards Imam Kazim ( a.s.) complained to Haroon Rasheed about my relationship with Imam (a.s.). He also informed that I have sent the expensive dress gifted by Haroon to Imam (a.s.). Haroon was very furious with me and called me. 

He enquired about the dress and asked me to show him the dress. I asked my servant to get a particular cover which contained the dress and was kept in a particular bag. The servant brought the cover and I showed the dress to Haroon. His anger cool down and he ordered the slave to be whipped. Finally, the slave died of the whipping.

Incident of Ibne Mahziyar Ahwazi

Ali Ibne Ibrahim bin Mahziyar narrates one year when the Hajj season arrived, I prepared for the journey and set out to Medina. When I reached Medina, I inquired from the people about the descendants of Imam Hasan Askari (a), but could not get any information. I was very much worried and at last set out for Mecca. On the way, one day at Johfa I headed for Ghadeer, which is at a distance of four miles from Johfa. I reached there and prayed in the Masjid and after that I supplicated Almighty Allah very fervently; but the aim was not fulfilled there also. So I went to Asfan and thus passing each stage in turn, reached Mecca. I stayed there for some days and was engrossed in Tawaf and other devotions.
