Abdullah bin Mughairah narrates that Imam Musa Kazim(as) was passing through Mina. He(as) saw a woman crying profusely and around her little children were also crying. He (as) felt pity on her and went near her and asked her: O Slave of Allah why are you crying? She replied: O slave of Allah! I am a widowed mother and we only had a cow who was a source of income for us but today this cow has died. Hence me and my children are crying. He (as) said: O slave of Allah! If you wish, should I make it alive? Woman replied: Yes He(as) went away from the people and prayed two units of prayer and recited some words and kick the cow. As soon as the cow was kicked, it got up. The owner of that cow exclaimed I swear by the lord of kaaba. Isa bin Maryam has come here. Imam(as) went in the crowd and mingled among the people. Incident of Ibne Mahziyar Ahwazi

Ali Ibne Ibrahim bin Mahziyar narrates one year when the Hajj season arrived, I prepared for the journey and set out to Medina. When I reached Medina, I inquired from the people about the descendants of Imam Hasan Askari (a), but could not get any information. I was very much worried and at last set out for Mecca. On the way, one day at Johfa I headed for Ghadeer, which is at a distance of four miles from Johfa. I reached there and prayed in the Masjid and after that I supplicated Almighty Allah very fervently; but the aim was not fulfilled there also. So I went to Asfan and thus passing each stage in turn, reached Mecca. I stayed there for some days and was engrossed in Tawaf and other devotions.
